Evaluation For Movie Trailer:
Evaluation for movie trailer:
Our task was to make a movie trailer either horror or comedy. My partner and I decided to make the genre as horror. We made a planning of how the horror trailer should be. What equipment we should use. Where can we record our shots. The shot list and the location of it. Finally what editing software we will use to make our horror trailer.
For equipment we used a camera and a tripod. Also for the clothing we had a creepy pig mask, fake knife and a faked chopped arm. It may not be the best but its the best that we had to make our movie trailer as best as possible. As we made our trailer our ideas changed a lot and the storyline especially our shot list. We constantly changed the location to make our movie trailer better. We had around 40-60 shots in total. Around 5-10 shots in each location. To edit our trailer we used adobe premier pro. Also to make our movie trailer much more scarier we used "YouTube" to download our sound effects and creepy noises to make our movie trailer more sinister. What went well was we worked as a group and we constantly came up with better ideas as we were filming and editing however it was time consuming. It would of been better if we had more actors in the trailer and getting assistance to help us film. because struggled to film with two people only.
Overall I think that our movie trailer wasn't great because it wasn't very clear however we managed work as a group and listen to each others idea and what we can do best with minimal equipment. Next time it will be better if we had more people in our group and have more ideas for our trailer. This will help us be more spread out and use the environment even more and make the movie trailer more understanding and the story behind the villain.
